1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GOBI AI™ ("the Service"), operated by The Business Agility Group of Companies ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GOBI AI™ is a business intelligence platform that provides AI-powered tools including strategic analysis, document processing, procurement intelligence, multi-agent workflows, and related features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • All plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
  • You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not store your payment information.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GOBI AI™ to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent platform security
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
  • Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or infringes on third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

GOBI AI™, its interface, branding, and proprietary technology are owned by The Business Agility Group of Companies. You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

GOBI AI™ generates responses using large language models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Do not rely solely on GOBI output for legal, financial, medical, or other professional decisions. Always verify critical information independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Business Agility Group of Companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email.
